My interest tying into Southern

Some of my interest that are connected into Southern are that i like to go out and party at the clubs. This is a big thing on campus especially on Thursdays when they have college nights and all the colleges in the New Haven area come to downtown New Haven to party. I believe that this ties into Southern because you have to know how to balance out going out with your friends and school work. If i know i have a lot of homework to do then i probably won't go out. And if i have a 10 o clock class in the morning i know that when i get back from the club to make sure i do what i have to do so i can get a decent amount of sleep to wake up for class in the morning.

Other things that i like to do is be able to do whatever i want without having to ask my parents. At Southern you have the freedom to go over to your friends house, take road trips , etc. You can do WHATEVER you want at any time and you don't have to worry about your parents calling you to come home or explain to them where you are going. The best thing to have in life is freedom but as long as you are able to control yourself and the things you do.

I also like eating. That is a big thing with Southern because all they do is have food. I used to not think that the " freshman 15" was possible until i came here. I think the fact that since i don't eat a lot at home i was overwhelmed with the fact that there is food all the time here. But now i learn how to control the amount i eat.
